Stonesfield Capital Limited – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Stonesfield Capital Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, mobile applications, and investment platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
   By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
   Individuals or entities restricted by applicable law or regulatory authority from investing in financial products are not eligible to use the Platform.

2. Account Registration
   To use the Platform, you must register and create an account.
   You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.
   Stonesfield Capital Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or breach of these Terms.

3. Investment Services
   The Platform allows you to invest in a variety of financial instruments, including loans, bonds, ETFs, real estate, and multi-asset portfolios.
   Investments involve risk. Returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on market conditions and the performance of underlying assets.
   By investing, you acknowledge that you may lose part or all of your investment.

4. Fees and Charges
   Any applicable fees, charges, or commissions for using the Platform will be disclosed prior to your investment.
   Fees on the Platform are very low, and Stonesfield Capital Limited reserves the right to modify fees at any time with prior notice.
   All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be applicable based on your jurisdiction.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals
   Investor funds must be deposited into segregated accounts held by Stonesfield Capital Limited.
   Withdrawals are subject to processing times as specified on the Platform.
   Stonesfield Capital Limited reserves the right to delay withdrawals in cases of regulatory compliance checks, suspicious activity, or other legal requirements.

6. Safeguarding of Assets
   Stonesfield Capital Limited maintains investor funds and financial instruments separately from its own assets.
   Investor funds are held in EU-licensed banks or qualifying money market funds.
   Financial instruments are held in individual investor accounts.
   Creditors of Stonesfield Capital Limited have no claim over investor funds.

7. Investor Compensation
   Stonesfield Capital Limited participates in an investor compensation scheme in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC.
   Compensation is limited to Stonesfield Capital Limited’s outstanding liabilities toward the investor, up to $20,000.
   The scheme does not protect against investment losses, market fluctuations, or poor performance of financial instruments.

8. Regulatory Compliance
   Stonesfield Capital Limited operates under applicable financial regulations, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II).
   These regulations ensure transparency, accountability, and protection for investors using the Platform.

9. Risk Disclosure
   Investments involve risks, including but not limited to market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
   Past performance is not indicative of future results.
   You are responsible for assessing the risks associated with any investment decision.

10. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by Stonesfield Capital Limited or licensed to us.
    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
    Stonesfield Capital Limited is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of capital, or damages arising from the use of the Platform, except where prohibited by law.
    We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
    We collect, use, and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    The Privacy Policy link can be found in the footer of the Platform.
    By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes of providing investment services.

13. Amendments
    Stonesfield Capital Limited may update these Terms at any time.
    Changes will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
    Services are provided globally, and by using the Platform, you agree that EU law governs these Terms.
